I went to E3 for work this year. I didn't get to see a lot of games because I was swamped with meetings, but I did get to walk the floor a bit.
I was able to catch up with my law school buddy Julie Setren Kitt and some EA folk I hadn't previously spent that much time with, and I got a lot of business done, so it was definitely worth it. Hopefully next year I can set aside a dedicated day for playing what's new.
After the convention, Kelley flew down, and we went to my parents' beach house in Dana Point for the weekend. It's always nice to go.
